cacaodevandAlexander Ljungberg c47e6af6e4 nib2cib: Fix a bug where a view's tag of 0 in Interface Builder was decoded as -1 in capp. This is the default when instancing in code, not when unarchiving a Nib. Testing: in Tests/Manual/NibApp, just logging a textfield's tag 2010-09-10 20:03:28 -04:00
