Christophe Serafin 1016c3e22f Fix controls' heights that are displayed in CPPredicateEditor 
Lastly, we removed the usage of max-size to enable some controls like CPTextField to have
a specific height. This may caused a CPTextField to have a wrong height.
As all controls in a CPPredicateEditor have a CPControlSize to small, we now force their height to the minimum size.

cacaodev 7a8173bf6f CPRuleEditor : Fixes a bug where a rule editor embedded in a scroll view was not updating its frameSize when rows where added/removed.

I also adjusted the plus button right padding to give enough space for the scroller.
Edited CPRuleEditorCibTest xib to unhide the vertical scroller.

cacaodev d973670026 CPPredicateEditor: - Templates merging. Means that from the same left item you can have different views on the right: 
* date is (today, yesterday)
                      * date is less than [text field]

                    - CPPredicateEditorCibTest example: templates merging in the 'mixed' criterion.
                    - ojtest AppKit/CPPredicateEditorTest testing the merging feature.

                    - Cleaned and rearranged code related to the right control action method.
                    - re-enable tooltips.

cacaodevandKlaas Pieter Annema 2b52f7d8da - Fixed a bug where the right control was incorrectly recreated with a default value when switching operators. 
- As per cocoa, the predicate is recomputed when you send the right control action, not when you change text.  Update-as-you-type can be turned ON by subclassing -_sendsActionOnIncompleteTextChange method. Default is NO.
- Rewrote _reconfigureSubviews method, should be faster.

Documentation for these 3 new classes.
