Made it so .h files are automatically included in AppKit (avoiding needing to manually include Platform.h, etc.).
Also changed a bunch of <AppKit/*> imports to "*" imports.

Add a way to tell a CPSplitView about a button bar for a specific divider index,
which mitigates the need to use additional effective rect delegate method when
using a split view + button bar.

Rewrite of CPButtonBar. Now it will automatically layout the buttons, and the position
and visibility of the resize control is configurable.
Also has class methods for plusButton and minusButton. API subject to change.
