David Richardson 06da3164fc Upgrade legacy XIB documents and regenerate CIB test assets 
* Execute batch structural upgrade of all XIB files within ./Tests/Manual to modern XML DOM format using ibtool (Xcode 26.3) to resolve imminent Xcode 27 parsing failures.

* Add regenerate-test-cibs.py script to recursively compile the modernized XIB documents into CIB artifacts within Tests/Manual/ using the local nib2cib toolchain.

* Commit the updated CIB artifacts to maintain CI and test execution parity.

*Include batch execution bash and Python scripts with LGPL-2 licensing to serve as reference migration templates for the community.

Alexandre Wilhelm 62f9488829 New: added property baseWritingDirection in CPControl 
This PR adds the support for baseWritingDirection in CPControl.
Support of nib2cib has been added as well.

Alexandre Wilhelm a129f2c5c5 Fixed: CPTextField doesn't update its style when editing 
Previously, the update of the style of an editing textField didn't work.
Now when editing, we can update the font, color, alignment and vertical-alignment of the textField

Test app in Tests/Manual/CPTextFieldEditingStyleTest/
