Set a CPThemeStateHighlighted for both selecting and sorting.
Do not change sort descriptors when selecting with a modifier flag.

		  Partially fixed uniform resizing not prop. to columns width.

Ross Boucher a8b1c7bce1 Fix a number of segmented control bugs. Among other things, the disabled state is respected per segment. 
Closes #386.

Also fixes the error where right side of segments would often not be visible.
Also fixes the error which caused the right and left bezel images to not show as disabled ever.
