cacaodev 68b193a782 NEW: bind:toObject: ... now checks if another binding mutually exclusive is already binded. Throws an exception if this is the case. 
Controls can implement -isExlusiveBinding: to determine if bindings are exclusive. Defaults to NO.
Exclusive bindings are mainly CPSelectedIndexBinding | CPSelectedTagBinding | CPSelectedValueBinding

cacaodev e051d02ad3 FIXED : CPBinder subclasses were keeping references to the source object in a class var. 
This could cause memory leaks and was unnecessarily verbose.
CPPopUpButton , CPRadio and CPSegmentedControl now use a generic CPBinder method for searching the binder involved when the control is asked to reverse set the binding, typically after a user interaction.
Fixes #2199
TODO: prevent user to bind multiple selection bindings when these bindings are exclusive.

Aparajita Fishman a9952a28a4 CPRadioGroup enhancements 
- You may now bind radio groups to selectedValue, selectedTag, selectedIndex, enabled, and hidden. enabled and hidden are multiple value bindings.
- Added some API to CPRadioGroup that parallels NSMatrix: selectRadioAtIndex:, selectRadioWithTag:
- Added setEnabled/setHidden, they operate on all of the radios in the group.
- Sample app to demonstrate all new features.

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 52f7844aee Made it so .h files are automatically included in AppKit (avoiding needing to manually include Platform.h, etc.). 
Also changed a bunch of <AppKit/*> imports to "*" imports.

Aparajita FishmanandKlaas Pieter Annema ce2c662872 Fixes to previous CPButton image positioning commit. 
- Checkbox and radio selected states would not show in the images. It turns out that the image and alternate image cannot be encoded->decoded->set without messing up the theme, and unfortunately the theme blending task (during a jake build) would do so. So for now this means that we cannot encode non-theme images with a button class, which is unlikely to happen.

- Since we cannot access themes in the NS classes, I went ahead and started to make some constants in a few control classes so that the values can be changed in one place and affect the theme and nib2cib.
