- Update clean and clobber targets in Tests/Manual/Jakefile to enforce -mindepth 2 -maxdepth 2 traversal. This accurately purges subsidiary Build directories and Frameworks symlinks without triggering subjake dependency cycles.
- Inject explicit clean and clobber overrides into all 150+ subsidiary application Jakefiles. This forces local execution to wipe the top-level Build directory, bypassing applicationtask's default behavior of only targeting configuration-specific intermediate paths.
- Harmonizes artifact sweeping across both root-level orchestration and local leaf-level execution.
Applies the transformation script across all applications in the Tests/Manual directory to eliminate Narwhal-era dependencies and establish compatibility with the modern Node-based runner.

* Add regenerate-test-cibs.py script to recursively compile the modernized XIB documents into CIB artifacts within Tests/Manual/ using the local nib2cib toolchain.
* Commit the updated CIB artifacts to maintain CI and test execution parity.
*Include batch execution bash and Python scripts with LGPL-2 licensing to serve as reference migration templates for the community.
This PR adds the support of scaling in CPView.
There are two new public methods in CPView : -(void)scaleUnitSquareToSize: and -(void)setScaleSize:
-(void)scaleUnitSquareToSize: works exactly as in COCOA, it means if you set a first scale to 0.5 and then 0.5 again, the scaleSize of the view will be 0.25
-(void)setScaleSize: works with the value given. If you set 0.5 after you just seted 0.5 the scaleSize will be 0.5. This method is definitly better in using, specially when using the scaleSize binding with a slider.
