Brian Donovan 751a80afb7 Google Chrome Frame doesn't work with duplicate X-UA-Compatible header. 
There should only be one X-UA-Compatible header and it should have the chrome=1 part at the end, per http://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/chrome-frame-getting-started.

"You may recognize the X-UA-Compatible flag as the same mechanism introduced with IE 8 for controlling the rendering engine that IE uses for a particular page. In cases where GCF is not installed, the values can be combined to control IE's rendering behavior:"

Ross Boucher 7ce72a31c5 Rather than throwing out the entire cappuccino body, throw out a specific div if that div is available. 
("cappuccino-body"). This let's external libraries, esp. flash ones, add things to the body without
Cappuccino getting rid of them as soon as the page loads.

Closes #421.
