- CPView and subclasses support multiple-value hidden bindings.
- CPControl and subclasses support multiple-value enabled bindings.
- CPWindow and CPBox support multiple-value title with pattern bindings.
- CPButton supports multiple argument + target bindings.
- CPImageView and CPTextField support multiple-value editable bindings.
- CPMenuItem supports multiple-value enabled bindings.
- Fixed bugs in CPObjectController with simple collection operators.
- CPColorWell uses black as the placeholder color.
- Runtime object attributes from a cib are applied as they are read, not deferred.
- NSNumberFormatter now reads the number style from the xib.
- Normalized some parameter names.
- Formatting.
- Test app for all binding types.

cacaodev f33a55f1d0 CPPredicateEditor: bindings compatibility. Send control action only after a UI interaction to prevent sending unwanted notifications to the binder. 
Send action through the responder chain even if target or action is nil. CPControl relies on this to send updates to the binder.

cacaodev 93dc4d1bc9 CPRuleEditor: -bind:toObject:withKeyPath:options: removed a useless check that was causing an exception when keyPath was a compound key path.

cacaodev d973670026 CPPredicateEditor: - Templates merging. Means that from the same left item you can have different views on the right: 
* date is (today, yesterday)
                      * date is less than [text field]

                    - CPPredicateEditorCibTest example: templates merging in the 'mixed' criterion.
                    - ojtest AppKit/CPPredicateEditorTest testing the merging feature.

                    - Cleaned and rearranged code related to the right control action method.
                    - re-enable tooltips.

cacaodevandKlaas Pieter Annema 2b52f7d8da - Fixed a bug where the right control was incorrectly recreated with a default value when switching operators. 
- As per cocoa, the predicate is recomputed when you send the right control action, not when you change text.  Update-as-you-type can be turned ON by subclassing -_sendsActionOnIncompleteTextChange method. Default is NO.
- Rewrote _reconfigureSubviews method, should be faster.
