CPTableView: When columns or rows dragging ends, enqueue the dragged views so they can be available when you drag again the column if they haven't been unloaded before.
...
The 2nd time you drag the same column/row, reduces -dragViewFor... duration by 90% according to webkit profiling.

ShouldShowOutlineView is not a great delegate method name for a control called an outline view. The original Cocoa name refers to an 'OutlineCell' which we don't have so that's not appropriate either.

Fixed: small size toolbars in bridge windows didn't show the bottom shadow line.

Switched to using a somewhat vertically resizable three part image. The centre image part is being compressed which normally would look poor but you can't tell since it's a gradient.

Fixed: "[CPString count] unrecognized selector" error when binding an array controller's content array to a key of another AC's selection.

This change also avoids wrapping a selection proxy in a KVO array proxy, which isn't helpful and probably hurts performance.

Fixed: sending CPWindow setAutorecalculatesKeyViewLoop:NO caused the window to recalculate the key view loop.
...
Although the intention might have been to do 'one final calculation run to provide a sensible default', the result is unintuitive and does not match Cocoa's behaviour.
If the key view loop has been manually set up and the user then calls `setAutorecalculatesKeyViewLoop:NO` they don't expect their work to be overwritten.
