Alexander Ljungberg 1c007461bd Draw table view gridlines precisely inside the right side of cells so that grid line positioning and spacing matches Cocoa. 
Checked against Cocoa with 0, 1, 2 and 3 px intercell spacing.

Alexander Ljungberg c5965c41d5 Fixed: don't repeat level indicator graphics downwards when the indicator is made taller than its natural size. Instead centre the indicator vertically. 
This is not strictly like Cocoa - Cocoa places it on top vertically. But vertical centring makes more sense in e.g. tables with a large row height so it seems to make sense to deviate slightly here.

Alexander Ljungberg 2e5081b137 Optimise array controller addObject: by eliminating entirely pointless rearrange when added objects did not pass the filter. Also avoided double rearrange if clearsFilterPredicateOnInsertion. 
CPArrayControllerPerformance.j execution time on "testAddObject_, sorted, filtered" down from ~420ms to ~60ms on my machine.

cacaodevandKlaas Pieter Annema 2b52f7d8da - Fixed a bug where the right control was incorrectly recreated with a default value when switching operators. 
- As per cocoa, the predicate is recomputed when you send the right control action, not when you change text.  Update-as-you-type can be turned ON by subclassing -_sendsActionOnIncompleteTextChange method. Default is NO.
- Rewrote _reconfigureSubviews method, should be faster.

Aparajita Fishman 4ab69ebb68 If there is no header view, there should be no corner view. This is what Cocoa does. Also for correctness -enclosingScrollView should be used to get the table's scrollview. Test app included. 2011-05-18 10:30:43 -07:00

The expression in the while loop in setParameters results in the wrong value being assigned to "key" which results in malformed param tags that look like the following:

    <param name=​"[object HTMLObjectElement]" >

Also, _params is not checked before assignment in setParameters which will overwrite flashvars if setFlashVars was called before setParameters.

Addresses issues #1031 and #1032

Alexander Ljungberg 23cc507b12 Refs #1264. Make tooltip delay a constant and reduce it to 1.0 second to match Cocoa a little more closely. 
Perhaps we should implement something like [[CPToolTipManager sharedToolTipManager] setInitialToolTipDelay:X] for completeness.
