Alexander Ljungberg 074e9f70a0 Fixed: incorrect - CPWindow contentRectForFrameRect: and frameRectForContentRect: for borderless windows with toolbars. 
The window views driving non standard windows (such as borderless or bridge windows) did not take the toolbar into account when calculating the content rect.

Apart from being wrong, this could lead to the content view overlapping the toolbar if the content view was set after the toolbar was prepared.

Perhaps the thought was that the base _CPWindowView shouldn't make assumptions about the placement and sizing of a toolbar and leave that up to subclasses, but the _CPWindowView tile method already did.

Paul Baumgart 01852d8075 Fix a bunch of missing @imports. 
All classes (excluding the ones prefixed with underscores) in Foundation
and AppKit can now be loaded individually except CPOpenPanel and
CPSavePanel. These two classes have some sort of dependency cycle
that seems impossible to resolve without forward declarations (which
we don't have).

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I c33e2ee51f Fixed a bug with objj_debug_typecheck incorrectly misidentifying empty string as not a CPString. Also fixed a number of type declarations after running with objj_msgSend_decorate(objj_typecheck_decorator); turned on.
