Alexander Ljungberg c2f9b91fe2 Implicit sort descriptor binding support. 
Sort descriptor bindings are now automatically established when a table view has a column value binding (normally to an array controller).

Alexander Ljungberg da91ab9879 Fixed: implicitly set selectionIndexes. 
`CPTableView`'s `selectionIndexes` binding shouldn't be set automatically unless the content binding was also set automatically (through a table column binding).

Assume that manual content binding implies a desire to manually bind selection indexes (and sort descriptors) as well.

A non bezeled text field is now bezeled when edited and unbezeled when editing ends - including when you hit enter (but text has to be modified, see comment in code)

cacaodev c6ccf1d487 -rowForView: early return if arg is not a CPView. Was causing an error when you click on table whose window was not frontmost. 
Simplify -hitTest:, limit select-row behavior to left mouse events and extend to all data views accepting FR.

cacaodev 0faf38a1e1 From within the delegate method, if you ask for an IB view (makeviewWithIdentifier:owner:), the view is now automatically reusable. 
Before that, IB views were reusable only if the delegate method was not implemented.
If you create a view in code, you still need to make it reusable by calling -setIdentifier:

Woow ... now viewBasedCib loads the views x3 times faster.

cacaodev be35ea2704 - Fix behavior when selecting a row in a view-based table (per cocoa). Editable text fields are edited only if the row is selected, otherwise the row is selected. Other controls can be edited directly, without selecting the row first. 
- Fixed a bug where data views being FR or containing a FR subview were preserving their FR when reused.
