Objj2 compiler fixes
- Each file compiles individually with no errors or warnings.
- Added missing imports.
- Fixed imports to remove circularity.
- Removed unnecessary imports.
- Added missing headers.

- Also added class_respondsToSelector, it was a no-brainer.
