Alexander Ljungberg 1cb8844470 Fixed: custom NSBoxes placed in Xcode became smaller in Cappuccino. 
Without this fix, a regular custom NSBox such as a simple box with a 1px border would become several pixels smaller in Cappuccino.

This fix makes sure we only try to adjust the size for primary and secondary type NSBoxes.

Alexander Ljungberg 0fa56cb273 Fixed: in recent CPBox versions, corner radius set in IB was ignored. 
Without this fix, setting a corner radius of 0 on a CPBoxCustom resulted in there being a corner radius anyhow.

This fix makes sure to preserve the corner radius, border width and margins for non-primary style boxes.

Aparajita FishmanandAlexander Ljungberg 6fbdf7b400 Support for NSBox in nib2cib and some fixes to CPDrawTiledRects/CPDrawColorTiledRects. 
- The default box background color is now clear, that is what Cocoa does.

- Bezel drawing uses CPDrawTiledRects, obeys border width.

- CPDrawTiledRects/CPDrawColorTiledRects explicitly sets the line width and saves/restores the graphics state.

- Whitespace cleanup in CPBox.
