Ross Boucher 27e99344bd Make nib2cib quieter by default. Prints only fatal error messages. 
Pass the -v flag to print warnings, and -vv or --verbose to print all messages.

Closes #475.

Ross Boucher a8b1c7bce1 Fix a number of segmented control bugs. Among other things, the disabled state is respected per segment. 
Closes #386.

Also fixes the error where right side of segments would often not be visible.
Also fixes the error which caused the right and left bezel images to not show as disabled ever.
