Newer versions of OpenJDK can handle running Narwhal.
It seems the problem is fixed in versions of OpenJDK 6 >= b18.
This commit checks for a sufficiently recent version of
OpenJDK and only prints an error/exits if the OpenJDK
version is older than 6b18.

cacaodev 235b323658 Add CPTableColumnValueBinder. This binder subclass just reloads the table column when a table column's value binding is updated because of a change in the bound-to object. 
TableBindings test.

cacaodev 54c3cc0187 CPArrayController & nib2cib: added _automaticallyRearrangeObjects flag (not used currently). 
_sortDescriptors initial value is an emty array (like in cocoa), not nil;
Added shared _init with default values, added missing accessors.

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 9796f5d5d7 Fix CPPopUpButton menu support. 
- Added enumerateObjectsUsingBlock: to CPArray
- Fixed a remaining case of [] being used instead of objectAtIndex: in CPMutableArray.
- Added KVO support for menu items array in menus.
- Changed CPPopUpButton to use KVO to sync up with menu instead of notifications.
- Removed extra menu encoding in CPPopUpButton.
- Removed extra mainMenu object from CPApplication.
- Use setters in CPResponder instead of direct ivar access in initWithCoder:.

Closes #298.
Closes $1059.
