Tobias Adamson 0d6c2c9890 Changed from using system call to NSTask, this enables the app to report on incorrect nib2cib and objj settings and usage. 
Examples where a Growl message will now be send to indicate error
1. nib2cib or objj not found in path
2. Compilation errors with objj
3. XIB files with Cocoa components that are not supported yet

This patch makes nib2cib dealing with NSButtons much more better by setting particular offsets
according to the the kind of button.

Aparajita Fishman 3937e66e06 Major fix to documentation generation: 
- It turns out doxygen would not generate documentation for the first method in a file (or sometimes any methods at all) if there was no ivar block or an empty ivar block. Now a dummy __doxygen__ ivar is inserted in empty blocks to force correct behavior.

- Added a missing @endverbatim to CPExpression.j.

- Tweaked class documentation for CPPredicate.j.

Aparajita Fishman be5bbdcb32 Another overhaul of doc generation. 
- Added generic facility for pre- and post-processor scripts to be run.
- Added support utility script for inclusion by processors.
- Totally overhauled css to make the pages more readable (I hope).
- Fixed some doc errors in CPTableView.
- Don't generate XML.
- Added colorize() and colorPrint() functions to common.jake.
- Added docs-no-frame task for generating docs without a sidebar frame.

Mason Mark b84d721887 Fix build-time test for presence of Mac OS X 10.5 SDK 
Some jake build tasks test whether the 10.5 SDK is present, and if so, they build using it. However, the path to the SDK is not necessarily consistent across installations, so testing for path existence is not the best way to check whether the SDK is present. Doing it that way caused build failures on machines with both Xcode 3 and Xcode 4 installed. In this fix, we now ask xcodebuild what SDKs are present, and only fall back on the path existence test if the local copy of xcodebuild does not support listing SDKs (as is the case for old versions of xcodebuild).
