Alexander Ljungberg 469414cb35 Fixed: a CPURLRequest created without using the designated initialiser wouldn't work. 
Now `init` calls the designated initialiser like in Cocoa.

- Fixed bizarre bug where local variable path was being set as attribute of object in CPURL -pathComponents.
- Added CPURL -URLByDeletingLastPathComponent.
- Linted CFURL.js.
- CFURL constructor should copy when passed a CFURL.
- Added CFURL.createCopyDeletingLastPathComponent.
- Added test for URLByDeletingLastPathComponent.

Aparajita Fishman e2ead56256 Collection KVC fixes, nextObject correctness 
- Moved common CPArray/CPSet collection KVC operators to _CPCollectionKVCOperators.
- Implemented KVC operator dispatch using Objective-J.
- Fixed infinite loop with empty  collection in @min, @max and @sum operators.
- Correctly return valueForUndefinedKey when necessary.
- valueForUndefinedKey reason uses raw description for consistency, class' overridden description may not helpful at all.
- Don't create a forwarder for @ operators with property paths.
- Fixed CPSet -valueForKeyPath to correctly deal with nil/undefined/empty values.
- Added tests for collection  KVC operators.
- enumerator -nextObject should always compare against nil for clarity, correctness, and consistency.

Alexander Ljungberg 3dff67e0b1 Faster CPNotificationCenter removeObserver. 
Removing observers is now faster, significantly so when there are very many observers and one or more is removed while a notification is being posted.

Alexander Ljungberg bb0972ba49 Fixed: notifications were sent to removed observers. 
If one observer of a notification centre notification removed another observer, that other observer would still be notified even that it was no longer observing.

Now the code agrees with its comments.

Alexander Ljungberg 063b05d964 Fixes #1384. Avoid user defaults QUOTA_EXCEEDED_ERR crash. 
Switch to cookie based user defaults if HTML 5 local storage exists but is disabled, as is the case when Safari is in 'private browsing' mode.

Don't crash if the local storage quota is reached. Instead log a warning and silently fail to store the new user default.

Alexander Ljungberg 68c8d15ed4 Improve split view delegate error handling. 
Fixed: if the split view delegate sent non numeric responses when asked to constrain divider positions, subviews would be resized with corrupt size information, which in turn could lead to infinite loops and redraw errors. These bad results are now handled more gracefully.

Alexander Ljungberg 78b9c5b576 Fixes #1343. Support nested willChange… didChange… calls. 
When multiple calls are nested, only the first willChange… and the last didChange… will notify observers, avoiding duplicate notifications for the same change.
