Martin Carlberg e5e50c2220 Fixed: Use the faster objj_msgSend instead of the old slower objj_msgSend 
In some places the objj_msgSend function is called directly. Most of the times the old slower version is called. This commit will use the never faster version instead.

Alexander Ljungberg 22dcacd8ce Fixed: remove non-standard CPDocument API "firstEligibleExistingWindowController". 
This method did not actually do anything, and was not part of the expected CPDocument API.

Blair Duncan 3178f0b57d Fixed CPDocumentController missing method currentDocument 
In this commit I've added the currentDocument method to the document controller

Also removed the firstEligibleExistingWindowController method from CPDocument
It did nothing but add confusion as it was not used anywhere else in the frameworks.
And it is not in cocoa.

Paul Baumgart 01852d8075 Fix a bunch of missing @imports. 
All classes (excluding the ones prefixed with underscores) in Foundation
and AppKit can now be loaded individually except CPOpenPanel and
CPSavePanel. These two classes have some sort of dependency cycle
that seems impossible to resolve without forward declarations (which
we don't have).
