David Richardson 7f38fbe7c7 Tests: promote CPDOMDisplayServer.h to a real source file 
- the 11 display-server primitives become plain functions in
  Platform/DOM/CPDOMDisplayServer.j; bodies verbatim from the macro
  definitions; the header was force-included into every AppKit
  compilation by the legacy build and invisible to capp-build
- CPView.j, CPImageView.j, _CPDisplayServer.j import the new file;
  this was the last header in either framework
- CPDOMDisplayServerTest: the raw #include replaced by the
  framework-qualified import

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 52f7844aee Made it so .h files are automatically included in AppKit (avoiding needing to manually include Platform.h, etc.). 
Also changed a bunch of <AppKit/*> imports to "*" imports.

Paul Baumgart 01852d8075 Fix a bunch of missing @imports. 
All classes (excluding the ones prefixed with underscores) in Foundation
and AppKit can now be loaded individually except CPOpenPanel and
CPSavePanel. These two classes have some sort of dependency cycle
that seems impossible to resolve without forward declarations (which
we don't have).

Alexander Ljungberg ded413481c Fixed: under certain circumstances controls would not be drawn despite a call to setNeedsDisplay:YES. A typical symptom of this was custom CPViews' drawRect never being called. The error was caused by _CPDisplayServer throwing away its remaining work whenever the display code of a control called setNeedsLayout. 2010-01-19 14:45:47 -08:00

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I efcc5d1054 Fixed a bug that could cause CPAccordionView to infinitely re-layout (due to autoresizing flags in child views), and added option to synchronously load cibs.
