- As per cocoa, the predicate is recomputed when you send the right control action, not when you change text. Update-as-you-type can be turned ON by subclassing -_sendsActionOnIncompleteTextChange method. Default is NO.

Fixed a bug when menu item titles and their corresponding keypath expressions where different and templates created in IB.
Fixed a bug appearing in Xcode4 IB when titles and keypath where identical.
Tests: CPRuleEditorCibTest, CPPredicateEditorCibTest, SmartFoldersDemo: a real world usage of CPPredicateEditor.

The expression in the while loop in setParameters results in the wrong value being assigned to "key" which results in malformed param tags that look like the following:

Also, _params is not checked before assignment in setParameters which will overwrite flashvars if setFlashVars was called before setParameters.

Move the functionality from CPSteppers _CPContinuousButton object into CPButton. Now any button can be made continuous instead of just the buttons for CPStepper.
