Alexander Ljungberg 5683af9bc8 Improve token field subclassing support. 
Token field now triggers autocompletion from textDidChange: which better meets the expectations of Cappuccino programmers, and is closer to how Cocoa does it.

Eliminated custom non-Cappuccino key press handler.

Alexander Ljungberg 33fe1573ad Ensure autocomplete menu is on top. 
The menu should appear above other normal windows and controls like a regular CPMenu. To do this, put the pop up in its own window with the `CPPopUpMenuWindowLevel` window level.

Alexander Ljungberg bbc45dd947 Support tokenField:representedObjectForEditingString: delegate method. 
This improves support for represented objects and is used both when an autocompletion suggestion is used or when the name of a token is typed in by hand.

The behaviour of taking an array of strings from `completionsForSubstring` and then asking for a represented object once a choice has been accepted matches the behaviour of Cocoa.

Alexander Ljungberg 15af54efda Fixed with CPTokenField: quickly entered tokens would be ignored. 
If the autocomplete state had not been set yet, tokens could not be finished using the token separator, return or tab. Instead the user typed text remained in its 'non token' state.

- make every object calling getBinding:forObject: aware of this change
- implement _CPCheckBoxValueBinder to handle binding to the value of a checkbox Closes: #1083
- re-implement CPTextField's behavior for controller markers using the new binder class
- disabled some tests that are not compliant with Cocoa

Brian Donovan 69c004093d CPTokenField did not send its action on end edit. 
Also fixes that the CPNotification sent out was CPControlTextDidBeginEditingNotification, not CPControlTextDidEndEditingNotification.

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 52f7844aee Made it so .h files are automatically included in AppKit (avoiding needing to manually include Platform.h, etc.). 
Also changed a bunch of <AppKit/*> imports to "*" imports.
