Alexander Ljungberg 0736f86f32 Fixed: "[CPString count] unrecognized selector" error when binding an array controller's content array to a key of another AC's selection. 
This change also avoids wrapping a selection proxy in a KVO array proxy, which isn't helpful and probably hurts performance.

Alexander Ljungberg 0f655e3264 Fixed: sending CPWindow setAutorecalculatesKeyViewLoop:NO caused the window to recalculate the key view loop. 
Although the intention might have been to do 'one final calculation run to provide a sensible default', the result is unintuitive and does not match Cocoa's behaviour.

If the key view loop has been manually set up and the user then calls `setAutorecalculatesKeyViewLoop:NO` they don't expect their work to be overwritten.

Alexander Ljungberg 98e54d2e09 Support for "small" size toolbars (CPToolbar sizeMode). 
Support only in nib2cib and coding ATM. Calling setSizeMode: on an existing toolbar will not have an effect.

cacaodev 59ce74a3df CPTabView : _selectedIndex was undefined after decoding an empty tab view (no items). 
A visible bug was that the first item added was not immediately selected. Updated CPTabViewNib example, shows the bug fixed.

- selectedTabViewItem should return nil when there are no items (i.e. _selectedIndex == CPNotFound).
Added an empty Tab View to CPTabViewNib test app.
Needs a jake sudo-install for changes to take effect.

cacaodev 7a41282912 CPTabView: Fix a bug where a CPTabView would not reflect immediately the replacement of the selected item's view. 
Updated CPTabViewNib to show a setView: on the current item.

If the view changes on a non selected item, the tabView content will be
updated when this item is selected.

cacaodev 7f6db7bf98 CPTabView: Fix a bug where -selectedTabViewItem was raising instead of returning nil when no tab items (i.e. _selectedItemIndex = -1) and causing nib2cib to fail. 
Added An empty Tab View to CPTabViewNib test app.
Needs a jake sudo-install for changes to take effects.
