Alexander Ljungberg f2571e6536 Don't draw a table corner view if there is no vertical scrollbar. 
This could either be due to autohiding or they usage of overlay scrollbars. Not showing it matches Cocoa and makes sense because it takes up space for no reason without the scrollbar.

Alexander Ljungberg 63c500c444 Fixed: overlay scroll knobs never quite reached the edge. 
The calculation of the number of pixels outside of the clip view assumed fixed, space consuming scrollbars even when overlay scrollbars were used, leading CPScrollView to always think a few more pixels could be revealed.

Alexander Ljungberg 208c3fea35 Fix scroller gap for hidden overlay scrollers. 
If there is no vertical scroller, or there is no horizontal scroller, due to autohiding or scroll view settings, a single visible overlay scroller should extend all the way to the edge of its dimension.

Alexander Ljungberg e92a7825bf Optimise bottom corner view in overlay scrolling mode. 
In particular, there is no need to update nor even draw the bottom corner view when in overlay mode.

Alexander Ljungberg 35c7155983 Refs #1373. Use legacy style scrollbars by default. 
The Lion style scrollbars are inconvenient for users without a touch scrolling device, and we do not have a way to detect whether the user has such a device yet.

Alexander Ljungberg 59b302acde Merge pull request #1177 from cacaodev/cappuccino 
---

Adds -scrollViewWillScroll: and -scrollviewDidScroll: delegate methods to CPScrollView.

These methods are not in AppKit but exist in UIKit. Useful for lazy loading data in a view, for example a CPTableview.
Tested in the CPScrollView example.

cacaodev a02b721944 CPScrollView: add -scrollView(Will|Did)Change: delegate methods. 
CPScroller: send action when dragging starts instead of immediately on mouse down.

Test: added delegate methods to the top-left scroll view in CPScrollView example and log.

Brian Donovan 9bf0edb5df Implement CPScrollView scrollToBeginningOfDocument: and scrollToEndOfDocument:. 
Also ensures that the home/end DOM keys were properly mapped to their Cocoa equivalents, so that home/end will trigger scrollToBeginningOfDocument:/scrollToEndOfDocument:.
