Alexander Ljungberg 1c007461bd Draw table view gridlines precisely inside the right side of cells so that grid line positioning and spacing matches Cocoa. 
Checked against Cocoa with 0, 1, 2 and 3 px intercell spacing.

Aparajita Fishman be5bbdcb32 Another overhaul of doc generation. 
- Added generic facility for pre- and post-processor scripts to be run.
- Added support utility script for inclusion by processors.
- Totally overhauled css to make the pages more readable (I hope).
- Fixed some doc errors in CPTableView.
- Don't generate XML.
- Added colorize() and colorPrint() functions to common.jake.
- Added docs-no-frame task for generating docs without a sidebar frame.

Brian Donovan f79203f5d5 Fix feedback view when retargeting the drop row & operation. 
CPTableView was inappropriately preserving the retargeted drop row & operation as the drag operation continued, causing the data source call to - tableView:validateDrop:proposedRow:proposedDropOperation: to echo any row and operation set by the first call to -setDropRow:dropOperation:, making it impossible for the data source to determine new values for -setDropRow:dropOperation:, making the feedback view stay in the same place it was initially drawn.

Alexander Ljungberg 89974796b1 Fixed: table view's rectOfColumn: method returned a rect reduced by the intercell spacing. It should return the rect of the entire column. Fixed: when a column was selected the column selection colour would not cover the whole column. Fixed: in recent builds, table view header divider lines did not line up with body divider lines. 
Ultimately, intercell spacing is only applied, as the name implies, inside of cells. It is not applied in the header, nor at the column or row level. Only data views inside of cells are offset.
