Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 1c89968b69 nib2cib support for the new CPToolbar/CPToolbarItem, also improved classes to pick up item property changes (i.e, setLabel:, setAction:, etc.) after the toolbar has been initialized

Ross Boucher f61a6ba5ff Fix an issue where _CPImageAndTextView, if it had an image, wouldn't show the image if it hadn't already been loaded. In other words, it now listens for image load events and redisplays. 2010-01-08 09:34:43 -08:00
