Cappuccino will now continue to support Aristo1
By default Aristo2 will be used, unless you add in your Info.plist
<key>CPDefaultTheme</key>
<string>Aristo</string>
In that case Aristo2 will be use.
If you put
<key>CPDefaultTheme</key>
<string>MyCustomTheme</string>
It will use your custom theme as usual from your app's Resource folder
* require common.jake first
* require Objective-J/Cappuccino stuff only when needed (automatically requiring these caused too many problems)
* remove useless shebangs, cleanup whitespace
("cappuccino-body"). This let's external libraries, esp. flash ones, add things to the body without
Cappuccino getting rid of them as soon as the page loads.
Closes#421.
2. Prepared Foundation and Appkit for clean and clobber
3. Placed built-necessary requires in bundletask in the calling functions so that it can be included without being built for clean and clobber.
4. Made common.jake include unbuilt CommonJS files if built ones aren't present.
