Alexander Ljungberg c7a1717ebe Added CPDate test which catches mishandling of timezones in initWithString. 
(Unfortunately the test is rather crude and only works when your current timezone offset is not 0 (UTC).)

Alexander Ljungberg 8aaa5fe07f Test array controller KVC binding correctness. 
This change splits the insertObjectAtArrangedObjectIndex:, addObject:, and removeObject: tests into two versions: one for a regular AC setContent: setup and one for when the AC is bound to an array-like destination implementing KVC.

Alexander Ljungberg 6f8d2190f5 Closes #1136. Fixed: for the most part, web view's setScrollMode: message did nothing. New: automatic or explicit scroll mode selection in web views. 
By default the automatic mode will try to use Cappuccino scrollbars whenever possible, and otherwise fall back on Native scrollbars. Explicit settings are also allowed. The explicit AppKit setting will degrade to Native with a warning if impossible due to implement due to SOP.
