cacaodev 1d8cebd5be CPWindow : Added missing declarations for _isSheet and _parentView 
sheet's subviews autoresizingMask is now correctly restored when the sheet is open or ended.
           Added CPWindow(WillBegin/DidEnd)SheetNotification globals

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 3b761ec55e Fixed a bug in the new CPIndexSet when adding indexes to the back of the set. Also added a test to handle this case. Also moved Table visual tests into Tests/ folder.
