Fixed: "[CPString count] unrecognized selector" error when binding an array controller's content array to a key of another AC's selection.
This change also avoids wrapping a selection proxy in a KVO array proxy, which isn't helpful and probably hurts performance.

Use CPArray methods (not js array) because the receiver can be a CPArray subclass. With tests.

Allow binding a table column value to an array controller reached through a key path.
Cocoa might not support this but it is reasonable and consistent, and allows indirect bindings when using multiple CIB files.

Optimise array controller addObject: by eliminating entirely pointless rearrange when added objects did not pass the filter. Also avoided double rearrange if clearsFilterPredicateOnInsertion.
CPArrayControllerPerformance.j execution time on "testAddObject_, sorted, filtered" down from ~420ms to ~60ms on my machine.
