Alexander Ljungberg	8f90dbce99	Allow almost anything as a key equivalent unless a text field is the first responder. ... After testing in Cocoa, even unexpected keys such as tab can be used when a text field isn't selected. Fixed: [event characters] would contain Þ when Cmd-' was pressed and º for Cmd-; since the key codes for punctuation do not match the ASCII codes and String.fromCharCode does not work.
