Adding failing test demonstrating that CPIndexSet throws with negative delta (e.g. shifting indexes at starting point upwards). Simple downward shift example included and working successfully.
Misc method reorganization with test suite so it's a bit more intuitive.

Fixed a bug in the new CPIndexSet when adding indexes to the back of the set. Also added a test to handle this case. Also moved Table visual tests into Tests/ folder.
