This patch makes nib2cib dealing with NSButtons much more better by setting particular offsets
according to the the kind of button.

- Worked around a major bug in doxygen. It turns out that doxygen would not generate documentation for the first method -- or sometimes all methods (e.g. CPPredicate) -- if the ivar block for a class was missing or empty. This is solved now by inserting a dummy __doxygen__ ivar block.
- Missed a text substitution
- Darkened up the method header a bit to make it easier for the eye to anchor on.
- Changed to centered, fixed-width layout, it results in shorter line lengths which reads more easily.
- Moved support files to separate support directory.
- Removed blank lines at end of multi-parameter method prototypes.
- Fixed font declaration so fonts are correct in FireFox.
- Added spacing between parameter descriptions in method prototype.
- Fixed formatting of class description for CPPredicate.
- Added a missing @endverbatim to CPExpression.j.

Aparajita Fishman 3937e66e06 Major fix to documentation generation: 
- It turns out doxygen would not generate documentation for the first method in a file (or sometimes any methods at all) if there was no ivar block or an empty ivar block. Now a dummy __doxygen__ ivar is inserted in empty blocks to force correct behavior.

- Added a missing @endverbatim to CPExpression.j.

- Tweaked class documentation for CPPredicate.j.

The expression in the while loop in setParameters results in the wrong value being assigned to "key" which results in malformed param tags that look like the following:

    <param name=​"[object HTMLObjectElement]" >

Also, _params is not checked before assignment in setParameters which will overwrite flashvars if setFlashVars was called before setParameters.

Addresses issues #1031 and #1032

Alexander Ljungberg 23cc507b12 Refs #1264. Make tooltip delay a constant and reduce it to 1.0 second to match Cocoa a little more closely. 
Perhaps we should implement something like [[CPToolTipManager sharedToolTipManager] setInitialToolTipDelay:X] for completeness.

These commits make the tooltips looking like cocoa ones.

 - More simple implementation (only one file added _CPToolTips.j)
 - Removal of CPAttachedWindow and CPAttachedWindowView
 - Placement is based on mouse position (just like cocoa)
 - It will try to find the best placement in case of a lake of space
