Ross Boucher 7ce72a31c5 Rather than throwing out the entire cappuccino body, throw out a specific div if that div is available. 
("cappuccino-body"). This let's external libraries, esp. flash ones, add things to the body without
Cappuccino getting rid of them as soon as the page loads.

Closes #421.

Alexander LjungbergandFrancisco Ryan Tolmasky I ded413481c Fixed: under certain circumstances controls would not be drawn despite a call to setNeedsDisplay:YES. A typical symptom of this was custom CPViews' drawRect never being called. The error was caused by _CPDisplayServer throwing away its remaining work whenever the display code of a control called setNeedsLayout. 2010-01-19 14:45:47 -08:00

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 1c89968b69 nib2cib support for the new CPToolbar/CPToolbarItem, also improved classes to pick up item property changes (i.e, setLabel:, setAction:, etc.) after the toolbar has been initialized
