- Full Cocoa-compliant implementation of CPComboBox and CPComboBoxDelegate.

- Better focus ring for CPTextField and all subclasses.

- CPTextField and its subclasses draw disabled contents differently, per Cocoa.

Aparajita Fishman d4e460dac5 When popover closes implicitly, popoverShouldClose delegate method should be called. 
Added extra button popover to test -close method, which does not consult popoverShouldClose.
