Antoine Mercadal bcb1630f20 FIXED: Closes all streams after a OS.popen() 
Previously, when popen was called, the 3 streams (stdin, stderr and stdourt) where never closed. This was the reason of the having an impossible number of open files.

This patch ensure all streams are closed after using them. This means that the ulimit trick is no more necessary

Antoine Mercadal 64a15db791 NEW: Environment variable to disable CommonJS environement building 
This patch allows user to disable the commonJS build phase by setting the system environement variable IGNORE_ENV_COMMONJS.

For instance `export IGNORE_ENV_COMMONJS=1`

Alexander Ljungberg cc05df412e Fixed: objjc didn't print some errors. 
Before this fix, certain errors during compilation such as not being able to load a file, would cause the compilation to fail without stating what went wrong.

This fix prints such errors and avoids crashing later when the result of the compilation is undefined.

Antoine Mercadal 3012cc7c92 add setPreventsNib2Cib to bundletask.js 
This allows to be able to have the XIB/NIB and CIB version in the resource
directory and to prevent to run nib2cib by just copying the CIB version.
This is very usefull in the caseof using a Linux build machine for your application

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 52f7844aee Made it so .h files are automatically included in AppKit (avoiding needing to manually include Platform.h, etc.). 
Also changed a bunch of <AppKit/*> imports to "*" imports.

Ross Boucher b7df6c1480 Fix support for MHTML. This uses feature detection to determine if DataURLs, and then if MHTML is supported, and falls back on the original unsprited images.
