Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 52f7844aee Made it so .h files are automatically included in AppKit (avoiding needing to manually include Platform.h, etc.). 
Also changed a bunch of <AppKit/*> imports to "*" imports.

Randall Luecke 99201dc3db Initial commit for group rows in the TableView. Drawing code still needs to be cleaned up a LOT... still buggy. i.e. after you select a group row, any rows after that which are selected then get selected with a gray highlight color. 2010-10-08 00:44:17 -04:00
Paul Baumgart 01852d8075 Fix a bunch of missing @imports. 
All classes (excluding the ones prefixed with underscores) in Foundation
and AppKit can now be loaded individually except CPOpenPanel and
CPSavePanel. These two classes have some sort of dependency cycle
that seems impossible to resolve without forward declarations (which
we don't have).

Klaas Pieter Annema f4e7386a0a fix gridColor when decoding a CPTableView 
Don't default to a gray color when there is no grid color in the cib.
The tableview theme will automatically set the correct grid color.

Alexander Ljungberg 233df3bdab Fixed: the "fix for column reordering with hidden columns" sometimes caused the table view to try to remove nonexistent data views and crash. The fix is to consider a nonexistent data view already removed and just move on. 2010-08-11 23:33:21 -04:00

Alexander Ljungberg 6884f93d76 Fixed: after the intercell spacing commit, table column auto resizing on the first or last column would result in a total column width wider than the scroll width of the table. Alexander LjungbergandRoss Boucher 05e435633f Fixed: if a custom CPTableView header view was used for a column, such as a CPImageView, sorting by that column would cause an exception as CPTableView tried to send _setIndicatorImage: to the view.
