Alexandre Wilhelm 6fe9dae3d6 Fixed: AppKit unit-tests are not standalone 
Previously, every AppKit tests used the same sharedApplication. Due to this implementation, a could not pass because a previous test made failed the current test. For instance, a test could fail because the window of the previous test resigned (just imagine a new window is the key window in the current test), and this resign could raise an error. The error was displayed for the current test thought this test was perfect !

We now instead of using sharedApplication create a new CPApplication per unit-test file in the class method setUp.

Alexander Ljungberg b0a56f1690 Fixed: removing selected CPPopUpButton item. 
When the selected item of a `CPPopUpButton` is removed the first item should become selected. This matches Cocoa's behaviour.

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 9796f5d5d7 Fix CPPopUpButton menu support. 
- Added enumerateObjectsUsingBlock: to CPArray
- Fixed a remaining case of [] being used instead of objectAtIndex: in CPMutableArray.
- Added KVO support for menu items array in menus.
- Changed CPPopUpButton to use KVO to sync up with menu instead of notifications.
- Removed extra menu encoding in CPPopUpButton.
- Removed extra mainMenu object from CPApplication.
- Use setters in CPResponder instead of direct ivar access in initWithCoder:.

Closes #298.
Closes $1059.
