cacaodev 7a8173bf6f CPRuleEditor : Fixes a bug where a rule editor embedded in a scroll view was not updating its frameSize when rows where added/removed.

I also adjusted the plus button right padding to give enough space for the scroller.
Edited CPRuleEditorCibTest xib to unhide the vertical scroller.

cacaodev f33a55f1d0 CPPredicateEditor: bindings compatibility. Send control action only after a UI interaction to prevent sending unwanted notifications to the binder. 
Send action through the responder chain even if target or action is nil. CPControl relies on this to send updates to the binder.

* date is (today, yesterday)
                      * date is less than [text field]

                    - CPPredicateEditorCibTest example: templates merging in the 'mixed' criterion.
                    - ojtest AppKit/CPPredicateEditorTest testing the merging feature.

                    - Cleaned and rearranged code related to the right control action method.
                    - re-enable tooltips.

Alexander Ljungberg a5854f129d Fixes #1411. In IE, no table/outline view selection highlights would render for certain CIBs. 
This fix also enables `setSelectionHighlightStyle: CPTableViewSelectionHighlightStyleSourceList` in Internet Explorer. Even that the gradient effect can't be rendered and the fallback regular rendering will be used, the proper field value might still be useful for subclasses or saving out to CIBs etc.

Syntax such as [[CPColor colorWithCSSString:@"rgba(0,0,0,0.5)"] cssString] lead to a CSS string incompatible with browsers without the CSS rgba feature.

If the autocomplete state had not been set yet, tokens could not be finished using the token separator, return or tab. Instead the user typed text remained in its 'non token' state.

Alexander Ljungberg 8f90dbce99 Allow almost anything as a key equivalent unless a text field is the first responder. 
After testing in Cocoa, even unexpected keys such as tab can be used when a text field isn't selected. Some keys such as the arrow keys and escape act like key equivalents even with a text field active.

Currently CPTextField only updates its internal string value from the actual HTML input element on a keyUp event. If the CPTextField loses focus before the keyUp event is received, the internal value does not get updated and any text entered since the last keyUp event is lost.

This is easily reproduced when editing a text field by quickly entering text and hitting the enter/return key to insert a new line (before the keyUp event has fired), or when holding down a key (to repeatedly enter the same character), and then tabbing out of the text field -- the value gets reset to whatever the value was before the key was held down.

This fix changes CPTextField#insertNewLine and CPTextField#resignFirstResponder to reload the string value from the input element if it has changed (in the same way as if a keyUp event had been triggered)
