Andrew Hankinson 9621d76faa Fixed: NativeHost is no longer built by default 
This commit removes NativeHost from the 'Tools' Jakefile, ensuring that it does not get built by default.

Alexandre Wilhelm cd19fc7c81 New: capp_lint is installed with jake install 
Previously we had to install capp_lint separately from Cappuccino.
Now capp_lint will be installed with Cappuccino.
Before capp_lint was installed in /urs/local/bin/, now it is in /usr/local/narwhal/bin/.
