Martin Carlberg 1d1f2d73ca Fixed scrollRectToVisible in CPView: 
Earlier it only worked when the receiver was the document view of the clip view.
Added test case.

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I b9208c2f59 Fixed bug in Scroll View where disabled scrollable scroller would appear. Also added tests for CPScrollView.
