David Richardson 06da3164fc Upgrade legacy XIB documents and regenerate CIB test assets 
* Execute batch structural upgrade of all XIB files within ./Tests/Manual to modern XML DOM format using ibtool (Xcode 26.3) to resolve imminent Xcode 27 parsing failures.

* Add regenerate-test-cibs.py script to recursively compile the modernized XIB documents into CIB artifacts within Tests/Manual/ using the local nib2cib toolchain.

* Commit the updated CIB artifacts to maintain CI and test execution parity.

*Include batch execution bash and Python scripts with LGPL-2 licensing to serve as reference migration templates for the community.

cacaodev ac3a45aec5 CPTableView: force the mask to CPViewNotSizable for IB made CPTableCellView. 
Added documentation for tableView:dataViewForTableColum:row: delegate method. Document other cases, when we expect the data view to have a CPViewNotSizable mask.
ViewBasedCib example: added variable row heights.

cacaodev 9b03abaeef ViewBasedCib example now uses a separate table delegate, which is the owner of table cell views. 
It shows that the loaded view (intenal or external) has an outlet owned by the table delegate and is available for initial setup in -awakeFromCib

cacaodev 9cbb8fd5bc Support for external cibs (a view in an individual cib). Added such view to ViewBasedCib. Also added an example of a view created manually in the delegate 2012-07-27 20:00:00 +02:00
