cacaodev b587a19a0f NEW: CPViewController -viewWill/DidAppear & -viewWill/DidDisappear 
When a view belonging to a CPViewController is hidden, unhidden, added
or removed, its viewController receives the appropriate message.

Added AppKit/CPViewControllerTest.

cacaodev b3465ddf89 Fixed: CPViewController -isViewLoaded property was always NO in async mode (loadViewWithCompletionHandler:). 
The async mode calls the completionHandler whereas the sync mode calls the -viewDidLoad method.
Both are now run within the will/did change block of the isViewLoaded property.

Aparajita Fishman a249588f52 UIKit does NOT call viewDidLoad from setView, made this explicit in the docs 
viewDidLoad is meant to deal with asynchronous *lazy* instantiation of a view via a cib or loadView. setView is neither asynchronous nor lazy.

Francisco Ryan Tolmasky I 52f7844aee Made it so .h files are automatically included in AppKit (avoiding needing to manually include Platform.h, etc.). 
Also changed a bunch of <AppKit/*> imports to "*" imports.

Paul Baumgart 01852d8075 Fix a bunch of missing @imports. 
All classes (excluding the ones prefixed with underscores) in Foundation
and AppKit can now be loaded individually except CPOpenPanel and
CPSavePanel. These two classes have some sort of dependency cycle
that seems impossible to resolve without forward declarations (which
we don't have).

Klaas Pieter Annema 677cb4638f fix bug where CPViewController viewDidLoad is called to early 
The bug was caused by connections (outlets) being defined in undefined order. Sometimes the view connection was decoded and connected before other connections, because setView: would automatically call viewDidLoad the first time a view was set viewDidLoad was called before the entire view was actually loaded.

ViewDidLoad is now only called from setView: if the _view === nil and no view is currently being loaded.
