Sizing code had been added to CPTextField initWithCoder that required resizing in NSTextField NS_initWithCoder to be removed. However, the sizing code was removed, so this code has to be re-inserted.

Don't adjust the origin and size of a text field during nib2cib
...
This interferes with Aparajita's auto-sizing of controls in initWithCoder:. Also it's better to calculate the size in initWithCoder: because the theme information is available.

Support for NSBox in nib2cib and some fixes to CPDrawTiledRects/CPDrawColorTiledRects.
...
- The default box background color is now clear, that is what Cocoa does.
- Bezel drawing uses CPDrawTiledRects, obeys border width.
- CPDrawTiledRects/CPDrawColorTiledRects explicitly sets the line width and saves/restores the graphics state.
- Whitespace cleanup in CPBox.

nib2cib: Fix a bug where a view's tag of 0 in Interface Builder was decoded as -1 in capp. This is the default when instancing in code, not when unarchiving a Nib. Testing: in Tests/Manual/NibApp, just logging a textfield's tag

Fixes to previous CPButton image positioning commit.

- Checkbox and radio selected states would not show in the images. It turns out that the image and alternate image cannot be encoded->decoded->set without messing up the theme, and unfortunately the theme blending task (during a jake build) would do so. So for now this means that we cannot encode non-theme images with a button class, which is unlikely to happen.
- Since we cannot access themes in the NS classes, I went ahead and started to make some constants in a few control classes so that the values can be changed in one place and affect the theme and nib2cib.
