daboe01andGitHub f21555bb6c Fixed: Width of text sizing was slightly off in chrome due to a Chrome bug (#2975)
This is a real bug in chrome. see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1192834

Also fixed: ellipsis clipping in segmented controls
and
fixed: tooltip wrapping issues from fractional pixels
