Randall Luecke 99201dc3db Initial commit for group rows in the TableView. Drawing code still needs to be cleaned up a LOT... still buggy. i.e. after you select a group row, any rows after that which are selected then get selected with a gray highlight color.

Requires objj be installed, as well as ojunit, located at http://github.com/280north/ojunit

Run individual tests using a command similar to the following:

    objj ojunit/OJTestRunnerText.j cappuccino/Tests/Foundation/CPDateTest.j
