Previously we had to install capp_lint separately from Cappuccino. Now capp_lint will be installed with Cappuccino. Before capp_lint was installed in /urs/local/bin/, now it is in /usr/local/narwhal/bin/.
capp_lint is a formatting checker for Objective-J. It performs a number of checks that catch common formatting mistakes, as defined in the Cappuccino coding style guidelines: https://github.com/cappuccino/cappuccino/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md To install capp_lint and its man page, execute install.sh in Terminal. You must have sudo access to run the install script. To run capp_lint automatically as a git pre-commit hook, copy "pre-commit" to .git/hooks/ at the root level of a git repository.
