Alexander Ljungberg ed73fa12b1 Refs #1757 . Add a toggle-able text field to CPDocumentControllerTest to facilitate of testing of text fields effect on Cmd-N accelerator.

In my testing, the presence or enabled state of the text field appeared to have no effect. In Safari cmd-n always worked, in Chrome it never worked.
