Installation
pip install -U openai-whisper will install

MarkupSafe, llvmlite, fsspec, filelock, charset-normalizer, certifi, triton,
requests, nvidia-cusparse-cu12, nvidia-cudnn-cu12, numba, jinja2, tiktoken,
nvidia-cusolver-cu12, torch, openai-whisper
